The society was founded as a joint initiative by retired
defence and civil officials in October 2022 at Panchkula. The
society is registered with Department of Industries and
Commmerce, Government of Haryana, under registration number
HR001-00677 of 07 Dec 2022.
The society is a non-profit organization which endeavour to educate & empower budding boys and girls from poor backgrounds from class 6th onwards in Govt schools in urban & rural areas.
The society seeks sponsorships and generous donations to fulfil our objectives.
Further, the society envisions to extend this noble initiative to higher classes, offer scholarships/incentives to outstanding students in various fields and supplement academic Infrastructure development/ improvments in the schools.

Dr. K. C. Sharma
PresidentDr. K. C. Sharma is PhD, Post Graduate in Political Science, Public Adminstration & Mass Communication and MBA in Marketing. He holds PG Diplomas in six subjects and is a Gold medalist in PG Diploma in Journalism. He also has 11 reference books to his credit. He has been Director, Principal and Professor (Colleges) of PTI affiliated colleges for 22 years. He retired from service as Assistant General Manager of State Bank of India.
Col Rajinder Singh Dhillon (Retd.)
Vice-PresidentCol Rajinder Singh Dhillon is an Army veteran from Army Ordnance Corps. He is Graduate in Military Science and Post graduate in Computer Applications. He is an expert in the field of Armaments and Munitions. He retired from Army after 32 years of Distinguished service.
Vaishnu Sharma
General SecretaryMr Vaishnu Sharma is BSc, Professional Post graduate in Environmental Sciences, PDIS in Industrial fire and safety. He is a recognized environment consultant and a soical worker.
Col. Narayan Iyer (Retd.)
TreasurerCol. Narayan Iyer is an army veteran from Army Ordnance Corps.He has done Post graduation in Public Administration. He also has 15 years of experience in running own Private Limited Company. He has been an Ex-officio Chairman of Kendriya Vidyalaya during his service career. He retired from Army after 24 years of Distinguished service.
Brig Avtar Singh is an Army veteran from the Corps of Signals. He has done Post Graduation in Statistics, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and MDBA in Marketing. He has been an Ex-officio Chairman of Army public schools and Kendriya Vidyalayas for 6 years during his service career. He retired from Army after 33 years of Distinguished service.
Mr V K Mehta is a Chemical Engineer. He is an expert in chemical fertilizer manufacturing plants and projects, consultant and design expert for industrial setups.
Mr Vivek Sharma is B.A. LL.B. He is a practicing advocate since 1999. He holds expertise in civil and matrimonial matters.
Dr Ram Kumar
